The Cameron Impact Scholar is one of a kind among their contemporaries because of their intense motivation to make a direct and positive contribution to the communities in which they live and the wider world. Our Scholar has the goal of making a constructive contribution to the forces that drive change in the world, and they intend to shape their education to achieve this goal. The Cameron Impact Scholarship will pay for the recipient’s entire tuition, fees, and book expenses at any eligible institution or university located in the United States of America that they want to attend.

The Cameron Impact Scholarship is a merit-based program, and as such, it is open to any and all applicants who meet the requirements for GPA and citizenship. This is true regardless of the applicant’s race, socioeconomic status, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or any other background factor. We are searching for young people who have already shown that they are committed to making a positive effect in a variety of different ways.

The Bryan Cameron Education Foundation is firmly of the belief that in order to make an impact, it takes a diverse group of individuals. The energy of making significant change is fueled by the diversity that comes from one’s identity and background. To move the world forward as a community and encourage others to do the same, we, the members of the Bryan Cameron Education Foundation, must first ensure that all people are treated fairly and that they feel included.

Cameron Impact Scholarship- Eligibility for Students Who Wants to Apply

In a wide variety of professional fields, there is an almost infinite number of methods to create a beneficial effect. In their unwavering commitment to the common good throughout their whole lives, Cameron Impact Scholars demonstrate not only the capacity but also the motivation to make real, meaningful contributions. Individuals who are pursuing careers in education, nonprofits, government, and/or the military who have a stated professional aim of public service will be eligible for about 25%, or a quarter of the total number of scholarships that will be awarded by the Foundation.

The following requirements must be satisfied in order to be considered for the Cameron Impact Scholarship.

The applicant is required to:

  • Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) in their high school courses that is comparable to 3.7 on a scale of 4.0 or higher;
  • Participate fully in the life of the United States of America as a citizen;
  • Be a member of the high school graduating class of 2023 and have the intention of enrolling in a degree-granting program at a recognized four-year college or university in the United States on a full-time basis for the entire academic year that immediately follows high school graduation;
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have excelled in extracurricular activities, are self-motivated leaders with a solid work ethic, have actively participated in community service and/or civic-minded sectors, and have a good work ethic.
  • Please ensure that the following three components are submitted before the Application Deadline:
  • Application must be submitted online;
  • two letters of recommendation are required; and a transcript attesting to academic excellence must be submitted.

Cameron Impact Scholarship- Selection Process

The Finalists will be chosen by the Selection Committee in the fall of 2022, and they will be invited to attend in-person interviews (which would often take place at the applicant’s high school). The recipients of the Cameron Impact Scholarship will be announced the following year, in December 2022.

It is required of winners of the Cameron Impact Scholarship that they appear at the annual Cameron Impact Scholars Award Ceremony and Summit for the duration of the four years that the scholarship is in force.

Important: Applicants are strongly urged to submit their applications far in advance of the deadline for the absolute latest possible submission date. The Foundation takes no responsibility for any technological problems with an applicant’s submission that may be experienced on the applicant’s final due date.

You have the option of either uploading your recommendations and transcript directly within the Application when prompted OR emailing them directly to the Foundation at admin@bryancameronef.org. We ask that you limit your submission to just two letters of recommendation.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that submissions that are missing required information will not be examined or accepted.

It is prohibited for applicants to be related to or already have contacts with any members of the staff, Board of Directors, or Selection Committee of the Bryan Cameron Education Foundation.

Cost for Cameron Impact Scholarship, Over $20,000–$50,000

at the end of the scholarship program the school covers the cost of the students full-tuition, and other expenses and the limited cost of every students {the winner} award is about $20,000–$50,000.
