Are you a young person (aged 16-30) living in the Niger Delta region interested in a career in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)?
The PIND Youth Employment Pathways (YEP) program is offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable skills and increase your employability!
PIND ICT TRAINING FOR NIGER DELTA YOUTHS 2024 – PIND is extending an invitation to individuals interested in training in ICT-related fields and soft skills such as CompTIA A+, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, Laptop Repair Course, and Phone Repair to participate.
IMPORTANT: This training seeks to train 70 Niger-Deltan youths on ICT related field and soft skills to increase their employ-ability in the society, equipping them with the necessary skills they require to build capacity in their various field of learning.

The duration for this training is 90 days and it covers Hardware course training and soft skill training.
Here’s what you need to know:
Who: The program is open to 70 young people from the Niger Delta region.
What: Training will be provided in various ICT-related fields and soft skills, including:
- CompTIA A+ (hardware certification)
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Web Development
- Laptop Repair
- Phone Repair
- Soft Skills (e.g., communication, teamwork)
Why: The program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to build successful careers in the ICT sector.
Duration: The training program will last for 90 days.
Laptop Repair Course : Covers an in depth knowledge on personal computers and laptops repair, trouble shooting and Maintenance, with full practical sections.
Phone Repair Course : Covers a total breakdown on how a mobile phone is being fixed, problems associated with phones and how to trouble shoot. this is being taught on a full practical base.
Soft Skill Training; is designed to hand youth participants with skills that complement their technical skills and competencies; and tools that enhance their personal effectiveness, right orientation to work ( more professionalism and less ‘entitlement’), strategic thinking, decision-making and work readiness and acceptability to employers.
